Is the first mock interview really free?
Yes. Your first session is free and needs no card.
Do I speak or type my answers?
Speak. The app turns your voice into text and gives feedback on what you said and how you said it: structure, clarity, pace and filler words.
What kinds of interviews can I practise?
Behavioural, technical, case-style and general HR rounds, for a range of roles and levels. You choose the role and add your résumé for tailored questions.
Will it write my answers for me?
It coaches you. It suggests a structure and talking points, and you practise in your own words, so you sound like you on the day.
Honest use
Can I use it during a real interview?
No. ShortlistedPrep is a preparation and practice tool. It is not designed to help you during a live interview, and using it to mislead an employer is against the Terms of use.
Privacy
Who can see my recordings, résumé and photos?
Only you. You choose what to keep and you can delete everything at any time.
How are my headshots made?
Only from a photo you upload, and only with your clear consent. You can delete the original and the results whenever you like.
Billing
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Ask within 14 days of purchase and you get your money back. (Sample policy: edit before launch.)
