Interview practice is personal. Here is what we do with your information, in plain words.
Your recordings and résumé are yours
- Only you can see your practice answers, scores and résumé.
- You choose what to keep. You can delete a recording, a résumé or your whole account at any time.
- We do not sell your information, and we do not share your practice with employers.
- Data is encrypted while it travels and while it is stored.
Headshots and your photo
A photo of your face is sensitive. We only use a photo you upload yourself, only after you clearly agree, and only to make your headshots. You can delete the original and every result whenever you like.
A practice tool, not a shortcut
ShortlistedPrep is built to help you prepare. It is not designed to help you during a live interview or an exam, and it does not try to hide from anyone. Using any tool to deceive an employer or to cheat can cost you the job, and it is against our Terms of use.
AI services
To understand and score your answers, the text of your answers is processed by AI services we choose carefully. Their terms apply to the text they receive, and we describe this in our Privacy policy. We never use your answers to train a public model without your permission. (Confirm this statement matches your providers' settings before launch.)
